So what did I find in My Back Pain Coach
I was impressed with the navigation page. It’s quite straight forward. The main course is about 90 minutes in total. It’s divided in to 3 levels with each level lasting for roughly half an hour. Ian Hart recommends that you take the levels one after the other. He says it’s ideal to practice level one 3 times a day for 3 weeks before moving to the next level. For better results I advise you follow this recommendation. You get a great experience this way. Here on the navigation page, you will find two bonuses. The first one is The “Begin Your Day” program. This bonus is especially helpful for people with serious back pain. This program will help you start your day with less pain. In addition to your back, it targets other joints in your body such as your hips, necks, ankles and shoulders among others. Even though I did say it’s great following Ian’s recommendation above, I will make an exception here: If your pain is really excruciating, I think there’s no harm starting your training with this bonus. The second bonus is the Coaching sessions videos. Ian teaches you lots of useful stuff here. He teaches you how to get your abs, increase your back mobility and flexibility among other stuff.
